Our Commitment to You

At Easy Mind Shift, we are committed to providing a high-quality, personalised experience in every session. We understand that circumstances change, and we want our refund policy to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.

Please read this policy carefully before booking a session or programme.

1. Free Discovery Calls

Free 30-minute discovery calls are complimentary and require no payment. There is nothing to refund for these sessions. However, we do ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, as a courtesy to other clients.

2. Individual PSYCH-K Sessions

2.1 Cancellations — More Than 48 Hours Notice

If you cancel your session more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you are entitled to a full refund of the session fee. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your session at no additional cost.

2.2 Cancellations — Within 48 Hours

If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled session, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee will apply. The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2.3 No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled session without providing any prior notice, the full session fee is non-refundable. We reserve this policy to protect the time of our practitioners and other clients on the waiting list.

2.4 Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to an in-person or online session, Easy Mind Shift reserves the right to treat the session as a no-show and the full session fee will be forfeited. Where possible, we will try to accommodate late arrivals within the remaining session time.

3. Multi-Session Programmes

3.1 Cooling-Off Period

If you have purchased a multi-session programme (e.g., the Stress and Anxiety Transformation Programme), you are entitled to a full refund if you notify us within 48 hours of purchase, provided no sessions have been delivered.

3.2 Partial Completion

If you have commenced a programme and wish to discontinue, a partial refund will be calculated based on the number of sessions remaining. The sessions already delivered will be charged at the standard individual session rate, and the balance will be refunded.

3.3 No Refund After Programme Completion

No refund will be issued once all sessions within a programme have been completed.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life is unpredictable. If you are unable to attend or need to cancel due to a medical emergency, serious illness, bereavement, or other significant unforeseen event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider these situations with empathy and flexibility on a case-by-case basis.

Supporting documentation (such as a medical certificate) may be requested in some circumstances.

5. Cancellations by Easy Mind Shift

In the rare event that Easy Mind Shift needs to cancel a session, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered one of the following:

• A full refund of the session fee, or

• The option to reschedule your session at a time that suits you.

Easy Mind Shift will not be held liable for any additional costs or losses incurred as a result of a session cancellation on our part.

6. Session Satisfaction

Because PSYCH-K is a deeply personal and experiential process, results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. We do not offer refunds on the basis of dissatisfaction with personal outcomes or results.

However, if you feel your session was not conducted professionally or ethically, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can address your concern. Your feedback matters to us and we are committed to continuous improvement.

7. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following in your refund request:

• Your full name

• Date of the session or purchase

• Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Australian Consumer Law

This Refund Policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL, this policy will be applied in a manner consistent with those rights.

9. Changes to This Policy

Easy Mind Shift reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Bookings made prior to a policy change will be honoured under the policy in place at the time of booking.
